Before joining Mercury Fire & Security, Nathaniel worked as a tankerman aboard towboats, where safety, responsibility, and attention to detail were essential every day. He now brings that same dependable mindset to helping businesses understand their fire-protection needs and find reliable, affordable solutions.

Nathaniel takes pride in building lasting relationships through honest communication, responsive service, and treating every customer like part of the Mercury family. Outside of work, he is a devoted husband and father who enjoys spending time with his family and serving his community.

Dustin Cooley- Owner/Head technician

Dustin began working in the fire alarm industry at just 16 years old. You could say the industry has always been in his blood. Although he loved the work, he also dreamed of serving his country, following in the footsteps of his grandfather.

In 2008, Dustin joined the United States Marine Corps and served until returning home in 2013. When he came back, he knew exactly what he wanted to do: return to the fire alarm industry and build something of his own.

Together with a longtime family friend, Dustin began turning that vision into reality. That vision became Mercury Fire & Security LLC—a family-owned, veteran-owned company built on experience, hard work, trust, and a commitment to protecting the people and businesses we serve.

Tonya Murski- Owner/Accountant

Tonya began her career in the fire alarm industry at just 22 years old, starting as an Accounts Receivable Clerk. Through hard work and dedication, she worked her way up to Installation Secretary and continued building her experience across multiple roles within the industry.

Over the next 28 years, Tonya gained extensive knowledge of the fire alarm business from both the administrative and operational sides. After nearly three decades in the industry, she made the life-changing decision to take everything she had learned and help build a company of her own.

That decision became Mercury Fire & Security LLC, a company founded on experience, family values, trust, and a commitment to providing dependable service to every customer we serve.

Chris Bush- Construction Sales Rep

Chris brings more than 25 years of sales experience to Mercury Fire & Security. At the age of 22, he joined the United States Navy, where he proudly served his country before returning to civilian life.

After his military service, Chris returned to what he knew best: sales. Over the years, he worked with several different companies, building extensive experience in customer relationships, business development, and sales.

His career eventually led him to Mercury Fire & Security LLC, where he continues to use that experience to help customers find dependable fire and life safety solutions while building lasting relationships along the way.
